CodeCleaner AI utilizes artificial intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide assistance in writing, fixing, debugging, and analyzing code. You understand and agree that:

• AI Output May Be Imperfect: The suggestions, explanations, code snippets, and analyses provided by the Service (“AI Output”) are generated by AI. AI Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, contain errors or omissions, or may not be suitable for your specific purposes.
• Not a Substitute for Human Oversight: The AI Output is intended to assist developers and is not a substitute for your professional judgment, expertise, and thorough testing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, validating, and testing all AI Output before implementing or relying on it.
• No Guarantee of Correctness or Performance: We do not guarantee the correctness, reliability, effectiveness, or security of any code generated, modified, or analyzed with the assistance of the Service. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WERMI PTE LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONTENT OR AI OUTPUT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE, AND ANY RELIANCE PLACED THEREON;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY;
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE; AND/OR
• THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WERMI PTE LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WERMI PTE LTD’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO WERMI PTE LTD FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100.00).

6. Jurisdictional Exceptions

SOME JURISDICTIONS (SUCH AS THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY IN THE UNITED STATES, OR CERTAIN EU MEMBER STATES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IF PROHIBITED BY THE LAW OF YOUR JURISDICTION. IN SUCH CASES, WERMI PTE LTD’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN THAT JURISDICTION.

The Service may allow you to access or use third-party services (e.g., Large Language Models via “Bring Your Own Key,” GitHub integration) or display third-party content. Wermi Pte Ltd does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any such third-party services or content.
